I create art because it helps me understand myself. Through it, I’ve discovered what I love, what moves me, and what I want to express.

I love creating soft, simple images that feel warm and a little nostalgic. I’m always drawn to quiet compositions, subtle texture, and things that carry a certain stillness. That’s usually the space where my work lives.
Where do you find inspiration?Mostly in books. They’ve always been a huge source of inspiration for me. I love being around them, reading, going to the library, finding images or words that spark something. I’m also very drawn to museums, textures, and anything that carries a sense of nostalgia. A lot of what I create starts there, in that feeling.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to grow the side of my work that shares the process behind the images. I’d love to create more behind the scenes content, invest in better ways of filming and teaching, and build a space where I can show that meaningful art can come from simple materials, patience, and imagination. It would also give me more freedom to keep developing new work.
