I love to create historical Spiritual stories. In Lakota history and culture we rely on oral history from long ago time in order to create our narrative. The history and events have always been depicted through artistic expression. This is what I seek to create with my artistic expression. We have a rich history with many significant events that are unique and interesting to document. I hope to share with the world the history and culture of the Lakota people.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration through visual research and teaching the youth of our people. I believe an awakening is upon us of pride in our way of life as Native American Lakota people.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it to create a studio and purchase art supplies for people to use to create artwork.
