Connect What is your favorite type of art to create?

I create surreal psychological realism that explores human consciousness, emotion, perception, and the hidden complexity of the mind. I’m drawn to symbolic imagery, especially the eye, because it represents awareness, truth, vulnerability, and observation. Through dramatic contrast, distorted realism, and emotional expression, I create work that feels both beautiful and unsettling, inviting viewers to confront parts of themselves they normally keep hidden.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration in the psychological and emotional side of the human experience. My work is influenced by perception, inner conflict, subconscious thought, beauty, fear, obsession, and the tension between darkness and self awareness. I’m fascinated by the way emotion can exist beneath the surface without words ever being spoken. I use symbolism and surreal realism to transform those invisible emotions into something physically seen and emotionally felt.

What would you do with $25,000?

With $25,000, I would invest into expanding my artistic career through larger scale collections, professional exhibitions, and museum quality materials that allow me to push my vision further. My goal is to create immersive work that emotionally and psychologically impacts people while continuing to grow within contemporary art spaces. This opportunity would give me the ability to dedicate more time, energy, and focus toward creating meaningful artwork that reaches audiences on a deeper level.
