Creating art is my path to self-discovery: transforming emotion, memory, and texture into a shared language of connection and meaning.

I’m drawn to creating tactile, layered works that sit between painting and object; pieces where texture, material, and gesture carry as much meaning as image. I love building surfaces that hold traces of time, memory, and process, inviting viewers to look closely and feel their way through the work.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in early 20th-century avant-garde movements: Suprematism, Futurism, Cubism, and Russian Constructivism, where abstraction, geometry, and radical experimentation reshaped visual language. Their bold rethinking of form and space continues to inform my approach to composition, material, and structure.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest $25,000 as catalytic support for my practice to secure short-term studio stability, produce a cohesive new body of work, and fund professional documentation. I’d allocate resources toward residency opportunities, strategic travel to engage with curators and galleries, and targeted portfolio reviews to maximize visibility, critical dialogue, and long-term sustainability.
