I create art to investigate duality, consciousness, and the unseen structures shaping perception and reality.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite art to create is mixed media, combining tactile and digital processes. I work with painting, sculpture, sewing, collage, video, and sound to build layered pieces rooted in cycles and repetition. My father’s illness shaped this practice, turning art into a way to process grief, seek mindfulness, and move toward self-actualization through growth, purpose, and deeper self-understanding.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration arises from observing recurring patterns in both everyday life and natural systems, as well as the interplay between internal experience and the external world. I am drawn to rhythm, movement, material, and to how meaning develops through process, and lived experience. I also find inspiration in hands-on exploration and the unfolding of ideas through making.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would first give back to my family in recognition of the support and space they have provided for me to pursue my passion in art. I would also invest in my creative development/opportunities that expand my capacity to produce meaningful work. My intention is to continue creating art that fosters community, reflection, impact, and thoughtful engagement with change.
