I love making sterling silver and gold jewelry. I can make rings, cuffs, necklaces, earrings, and so much more. Metal smithing had changed my life for the better.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in honoring my late brother Justin. I hand stamped each sterling silver piece with his initials J.S.K. I’m from Tucson, Arizona so much of my work has been deeply inspired by the great southwest. The influence of native American and mexican silversmithing.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest in furthering my jewelry education to learn new skills as a professional jeweler. I would also use the money to buy tools around my shop that have been on my bucket list for years.
