Connect What is your favorite type of art to create?

My cloud pieces embody the feminine: softness, intuition, stillness, and emotional depth. They are a visual expression of surrender of feeling, dreaming, and existing in a space that is gentle yet profoundly powerful. The clouds are not just skies; they are emotional landscapes meant to evoke warmth, nostalgia, and a sense of being held. In contrast, my car pieces represent the masculine: precision, control, ambition, and raw energy. They carry a sense of momentum and power, beauty and strength.

Where do you find inspiration?

My work is manifested through emotions. The ethereal art comes from the deep feminine- light, calming, comforting, and timeless. The cars come from the healed masculine- bold, confident, innovative, focused, and driven (no pun intended). Together my works created Madison Dream Realm Studio. Where cars and clouds exist together. Together, these two bodies of work tell a larger story, one of balance and duality. You can be both soft and vulnerable, and strong and bold.

What would you do with $25,000?

Winning the $25,000 prize would be life-changing. Creating art has been one of the greatest blessings of my life, and I’m deeply grateful that something from my heart resonates with others. This would allow me to invest in larger canvases and materials to expand my work. My husband and I just got married, and we’re beginning our life together. This would also help us build a home and future filled with love and creativity.
