I create art to express my imagination, experiences, and interests. I feel at peace when I pick up a brush or pencil and create what I want.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love creating landscapes mostly from watercolour, but also acrylic and oil paint as well. I paint from photos I have taken, especially sunsets. When the colours blend together to create a beautiful sky while the land or sea reflects the beauty, creating a whimsical feeling.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration comes from my own experiences, interests, and photos either my friends/family or I have taken.
What would you do with $25,000?I would save up for a mortgage on a house that has enough space for my own at home studio. I love to work at home where there’s a lot of space to create and store all of my pieces. My current workspace is resided in the basement. I work on a small counter that sometimes doesn’t fit the canvases. I’m running out of room to store my projects, especially my work in progress ones. It would be lovely to have a big room dedicated to my art where I’m not worried about my projects getting destroyed.
