Art gives us freedom to see differently—finding beauty in the mundane and turning fleeting moments into something timeless.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I’m creatively all over the place, though photography is my main passion—especially travel, documentary, and street photography. I love capturing the everyday life of a place and preserving its atmosphere and emotion through my work. I also paint occasionally, including commissions and pieces inspired by my photography. Outside of that, I work full-time as a graphic designer, where I get to explore creativity in a different way almost every day.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in curiosity and the things that genuinely captivate me. I love diving down rabbit holes, exploring new ideas, stories, and subjects that spark my interest in the moment. I also draw inspiration from visual platforms like Pinterest, as well as from the creative people in my life who have continually encouraged and supported my artistic journey. Above all, I create art in hopes that it resonates—not only with me, but with anyone who finds a connection within it.
What would you do with $25,000?I would probably put some in savings, and try to finish our house that we have been working on! I would also love to have my own separate studio area and have the space to create a lot more often.
