Art has always been apart of my navigating process through life. I love working a story into my art, whether its humor or deep thought.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
The type of art I like to create is artwork that has a narrative process. They humor to different experiences in life. They tell a story of a time or place. These are done in paintings or sculptures. I like to design the idea and decide if this is a piece of artwork can better portray the story in clay or painted.
Where do you find inspiration? My inspiration is found in many ways. Sometimes I see them in hikes with my family, small sayings or jokes shared, reflecting on life experiences and challenges. These instances are the root of all my artwork.
What would you do with $25,000?There is a lot that I could do with the $25,000. Overall, I think what I would do with this amount is divide it into two purposes. The first half would be expenses used to help me get my Master's. The second I would put into savings and build on. Once my Master's is completed, I would use the second half at that point to put a down payment on an art therapy studio.
