I let the corners of my psychology decide what I am making. My dreams speak to me in a language without words and I translate into a visual medium. My favourite type of art to create is a piece that confuses me so much it hurts but I know I have to see it through.
Where do you find inspiration?Healing, in a word. C-PTSD, addiction and violence have consumed most of my life. All aspects of healing have brought me to my spiritual center where nothing exists but the urge to create.
What would you do with $25,000?This prize money would be spent entirely on art supplies and securing a decent studio space. I currently can't produce on the scale that I want to in the space that I am in.
