I create visual work that opens dialogue—where beauty draws you in, but meaning unfolds over time. I’m interested in building worlds that wouldn’t exist otherwise, where figuration and abstraction meet to question perception, connection, and the structures shaping how we see and relate.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in life—observing quietly as a passerby. Human interactions, social dynamics, and fleeting moments feed my work, alongside research papers and books. I move between lived experience and analysis, translating both into visual language.
What would you do with $25,000?I would sustain and expand my alternative art space in Brooklyn, offering free, accessible exhibition opportunities to emerging artists and curators while fostering a real community. I’d invest in production support, documentation, and public programming to amplify their voices. I’d also set up a small workshop to cut wood, build supports, and finally work at a larger scale—moving beyond the limits of my home studio. In parallel, I’d push my practice into deconstructed, organic, sculptural.
