I love working with faces as a canvas, building something that can shift between beauty and something more raw. It’s not just about making someone look good, it’s about creating a mood, a character.
Where do you find inspiration?In details. It can come from architecture, from Goya’s paintings, from a face I notice on the street, or like the shape of a tree on the side of the road. It could be a face from random arthouse film or the new issue of Vogue magazine.
What would you do with $25,000?I would invest it into education. I moved to the USA on my own when I was 20 and went directly into work, so I never really had the student experience here. Now I want to return to that, to study business structure and strategy, and understand how to build something that connects more people.
