Art is in my blood. It’s like I was born to create. It’s something that’s never left my side through all the ups & downs.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love to paint. My medium of choice is acrylic paint. My niche is portraits. Painting people makes me happy because it’s a challenge. Every person looks different so it’s fun manipulating the paint to look exactly like the muse. I consider my style of painting a beautiful mess. I specifically paint musical artist, movie characters & cartoon characters such as NBA Young Boy, Tony Montana, Chester Bennington & Goku.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in my own interest such as music, movies & cartoons. I feel when I paint what I like I’m letting people in on who I am. It’s as if my arts speaking for me.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d use the $25,000 to further advance my career as an artist. My goal has always been to be a full time artist painting what I love & seeing it in galleries & other peoples homes. This money would help me acquire better materials such as paint, paint brushes & canvases. This money would also help me be apart of more art shows locally and across the USA. Not only would I be able to showcase my art more, I’d be able to create prints for everyone to have access to all over the world.
