I create art to reveal the magic within people, reflecting their beauty back to them so they remember they are luminous and worthy.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Photography is my favorite form of art because it allows me to capture moments that feel almost magical and turn them into lasting memories. Through my lens, I strive to show people a version of themselves they may not always see—their hidden beauty, their genuine emotions, and their unique story. Each photograph becomes more than just an image; it becomes a reminder of a feeling, a moment in time preserved forever. Being able to give that to others is what makes photography so meaningful to me.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the small details all around me—in the twinkle in someone’s eyes when they’re truly happy, in the way light spills through the trees, and in the bright green patch of moss thriving in a dark, broken alleyway. These quiet moments, often overlooked, remind me that beauty doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful; it simply needs to be seen.
What would you do with $25,000?I am a wife and a mother to two beautiful young children, doing my best to provide for my family during a time when the economy feels especially challenging. Every day, I work hard to make sure my children are cared for, loved, and supported, even when resources are limited. If I were to receive prize money, it would make a meaningful difference in our lives by helping cover essential needs, easing financial stress, and giving my family a bit more stability and peace of mind.
