I create dolls because through them I give shape to my imagination and present the human essence in a new, freer way. Each doll is a small universe between reality and fantasy, where emotions come to life in a dimension beyond the visible.
Where do you find inspiration?The inspiration for my work comes from children’s stories and the beloved books of my childhood. I grew up in a small house on the edge of a quiet town, close to nature, where I spent my days with my grandparents. My grandmother taught me to sew on her old machine, while my grandfather and I wandered freely through the meadows among the goats. They filled my world with stories, stories that I now try to bring to life in the dolls I create.
What would you do with $25,000?As an artist, I have always found it challenging to develop and present myself fully. These $25,000 would help me travel more, reach a wider audience, and showcase my work in more places ,museums and exhibitions. They would open doors to new opportunities and allow me to invest in higher-quality materials to create even greater wonders.
