Most of the time I rely on acrylic paint on canvas. Turning two dimensional images into three, giving life to an idea that connects with people of our community, my generation and of topics that I believe in. I travel when I can afford to, exploring places I’ve visited by painting them which in turn allows me to go deeper into my surroundings, create a body of work and to return with proof of incredible places with paintings that capture the journey. If I’m lucky I might even sell a few!
Where do you find inspiration?Traveling mostly, anticipating the mystery of the unknown hidden around every corner, in every new destination to sample with all my senses to eventually manifest a body of work I’m happy with. And those simple things in life that are part of our daily routines, to highlight those and make them special no mater how mundane. Also to feel relevant to a cause I’m feeling passionate about. This is my inspiration.
