Art / photos. Are memories, one day that's all we may have. When I hit the shutter, I freeze time, FOREVER
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Photography, Abstract images and Street photography, mainly people and moments in life. I feel when I capture something, I'm saving that very small moment of time and life to share. Seeing people out, and interacting in the world is great. To be able to capture emotions, feelings and show the world a glimpse of them, is amazing.
Where do you find inspiration? From friends and family, but mostly as a Therapy moments for me. I can dive into my photography and seek out what I'm feeling, or a means to get away from whatever is bringing me down. A SAFE time and place that can relax me, but keep me healthy and active all together. I also look at other's work that inspires me, and how can I use that, to paint a picture of myself.
What would you do with $25,000?I would take some and share it with the people that I am tide to because of art, and my live for photography. Weither it's helping them get gear or supplies to continue there journey, or helping with learning tools and education about there craft. I would take some and plan a couple photography "Bucket list " trips, the redwoods, Yosemite and some time in the mountains. Hopefully find a school or program that has a big art influence culture for children that would make a difference.
