They say you remember your first true love forever, and I fell in love with Tinkerbell when I was five. Now I make wet plate photos of her.

Wet plate collodion photography, tintypes and Ambrotypes, old cameras and old lenses, listening to old music. I like to combine old heartaches with fun. Both are important.
Where do you find inspiration?Literature, music, science, art, life, the universe, red wine, single malt scotch...
What would you do with $25,000?Waste it all on making more art. :) Actually, I'd spend it on the local wet plate photography community. I've been teaching the process to local people, who buy me coffee in exchange, (seems fair). There are a couple dozen of us now, but being artists, it seems most are always struggling to afford materials and equipment. I'm retired and fairly well set, but it would be good just to help out.
