I enjoy creating art that evokes emotion and leaves a lasting feeling behind. Whether it’s my own emotions or something I recognize in others, I’m drawn to capturing moments that feel raw, human, and memorable. Portraiture is probably the broadest way to describe my work, but to me it’s more about telling a story through expression, atmosphere, and emotion. So much in life can trigger feeling and memory, and I love turning that into something visual and tangible.

I find inspiration in experiences, emotions, and contrast. As a child, I was deeply inspired by the work of Tim Burton and the artistic world surrounding Johnny Depp. I loved how Tim Burton could find beauty in darkness and show that happiness and sadness cannot exist without each other. That perspective shaped the way I see art today. I also find endless inspiration through platforms like YouTube and Pinterest, which have become some of my favorite places to learn, explore, and grow creatively.

I would invest it into my future so I can continue creating while also building stability for my family. Like many artists know, turning passion into a living is one of the hardest parts of the journey. This opportunity would allow me to grow my craft, expand what I’m capable of creating, and fully invest in the next chapter of my life as both an artist and a provider. I’m ready for a bigger challenge and the chance to prove what I can do with it.
