All of it....It’s my everything. I hate it. I love it. I love oil. I love the smell of it. I love acrylic because it’s like a plastic play-thing. I love collage. That’s what my dad did and I guess it kind of rubbed off. He was penpals with Robert Rauschenberg, collageist. I have a great history of art in my family. It's in my blood.
Where do you find inspiration?Well, life happens and I get an idea. The magic hour of each evening is surreal and capturing it is what I chase. I pray, and then I find a composition that rocks my boat.
What would you do with $25,000?What would I do? Holy Moly!!...I would build my art barn and paint bigger and bigger until I walk into Heaven.
