I love to create art because it’s a part of who I am. I have to. Creating is a must, if I’m not creating, I’m not alive.

It's so hard to choose a favorite type of art to create. I like to mix it up and try new things, but I would have to say painting will always be a "go to." I love how paint can be used to create new things and bring old things back to life.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration everywhere! Sometimes it's someone's landscaping, sometimes it's ideas for furniture, and other times I feel inspired to take photos. I always get a lot of ideas when I thrift shop! I'd also say my inspiration varies depending on the project, especially when I'm working on something emotional and from deep within myself.
What would you do with $25,000?I would use it as a down payment to build a house for my boys and me. I have two teenage sons, one 15yrs old and one 13yrs old. We live in a two-bedroom apartment right now, but I’ve always promised them we’d own our own place one day, and that they would have their own bedrooms.
