I don't always love it, but I absolutely have to make it. I've lived too long and I've experienced too many people to not make comment now.

Writing for live action and animated narrative films. Thus- comic books are the thing. Moving the written word to the illustrated page-- and THEN into a piece of film media is the thrill. The process is the thrill. But film is expensive. So NOW- with AI- I can make those pages become action and animation- while maintaining a specific style, and a MUCH more singular vision (without a fucking committee.) AI isn't the bad guy, but it DOES need to be smacked around a lot.
Where do you find inspiration? In films, books, music, and PEOPLE. All of those- both low brow and high brow. Interesting ideas come from everywhere. Even older ideas that may not have been executed "perfectly" is inspiring. It can be told better/ sharper. We're going through a technological revolution thats triggering an economic revolution. There's a LOT to say about life right now. This is where being older is AWESOME. An encyclopedic knowledge of CULTURE from the last 5 decades doesn't hurt. (*YES. YES I AM BRAGGING.)
What would you do with $25,000?I'd write and create a 6-issue noir comic series (fyi, noir comics are bigger than superhero now) which illustrates how we've given birth to a generation of psychopaths. Yet there are STILL people in that generation (flawed as they are) who recognize those people. It takes a flawed person to recognize (and take a stand against) a TRUE bad guy or gal. Entertainingly- I'd show how to fight against them, and the struggle to break us out of this deeply corrupt LOOP we've all found ourselves in.
