I create feelings, Event photography is what I do most. My ADHD runs though my photos and I love that I’m able to show that through my art.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I enjoy creating art that focuses on high energetic visual storytelling. What I create causes a effect of emotional tension even when you’re not actively in the night life, you can take a look at a photo and feel the energy though the visual. I love the feelings that are implemented into my photos, differentiating the dancing and Dreams being achieved and being able to capture that… It’s beautiful to see people being people.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration In the heart of Capital Hill, Seattle. I’m drawn to moments, environments, and visuals that create a feeling, and I like turning those into something creative. Whenever I am down and out, being in spaces that creative people thrive and create, it changes your whole perspective outside of current events in our world. Being around these wonderful people helps you find that inspiration by using their confidence even though we know we are all lost.
What would you do with $25,000?If I won, I would use this money to invest into my own clothing company for LGBTQIA Youth, Adults and Old folks that still don’t feel confident within themselves and their sexuality. Growing up in a small town (Silverdale,WA) LGBTQIA people I’ve grown to know many don’t feel like they have a good sense of who they are, but i know they’re scared of other’s opinions, I would love to create a world of difference instead of ignorance towards the communty.
