My favorite type of art to create revolves around a main message of exploring the human mind and finding healing in traumas that others can relate to. Whether via a moody charcoal piece or a fully colored digital painting, I pride myself on being able to depict struggles that I may not possess the ability to put into words.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in illustrating my own stories and experiences, as well as shedding a light on the struggles of others who need a voice in their personal darkness. Some of my most well performing content on my various social medias shine a spotlight on issues such as anxiety, depression, impostor syndrome, body dysmorphia, and many more. In short, being able to visually represent what hundreds, thousands, maybe even millions of people have to combat every single day is my passion.
What would you do with $25,000?With the $25,000, I would put it towards my tuition to finish art school and pursue my dreams of becoming a professional in my field. My father is also retiring after working the same job for over 30 years, so any amount of costs I can take away to make his transition a little easier is incredibly valuable.
