Because I love to show the beautiful side of life in everyday things or missed moments.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
It's a tie between photography and needlework. They are so different and yet equally fulfilling at the same time. Photography satisfies my mind while needlework keeps my hands busy.
Where do you find inspiration?Everywhere in everything, but usually in moments or subjects people think are not very beautiful or exciting. A slice of sun in an otherwise dark day. A childs expression or curiosity, giving insight to their thoughts. A lone flower withstanding the elements. Small things others might miss.
What would you do with $25,000?Of course buy more film, but get some things taken care of, personally and mechanically. Also make a trip to see family that I haven't seen in years.
