I cannot imagine life without it. It is part of who I am, and I love exploring every idea, emotion, and texture through my art.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Honestly, every form of art inspires me. Right now, after studying photography and art, those are the two paths I have focused on most. I love photography and visual art, and I am constantly exploring ways to blend them together through new concepts, textures, and creative ideas.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in textures, colors, and shapes. To me, beauty can exist in something as simple as a rusted machine or a cracked wall. I have worked with different concepts, some focused on textures, others on creating impact through the image, and others centered on composition. In each one, I find beauty. Training my photographic eye while studying art has taught me to appreciate even the smallest details and see beauty almost everywhere.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would help my mom and I find a stable place to live. Having that peace and security would allow us to fully focus on our creative work and future goals. One of our biggest dreams is to open a studio gallery in San Diego, a space that supports and gives opportunities to artists who want their work to be seen and appreciated by others.
