The process is what I enjoy the most. Of course the final product is the goal, but building something from concept to finish is amazing.

Visual art. My favorite medium at the moment is painting. I've done some sculpture, photography, drawings, collage. Painting is compact. I can explore many different themes and styles, methods, textures, depth, and of course color palettes. Art that elicits an emotion or feeling just by movement, compostion, color, or shape interests me. Just like notes in music, an arrangement of visual stimuli (even -or especially- abstract) can evoke a sensation.
Where do you find inspiration?Life. Everything in a day. From nature mostly: the earth, oceans, humans. But also just from my mind. The interior landscape that my mind's eye sees. The beauty of the Earth and everything on it can't be beat really. I think the beauty inspires what I can imagine. And that is transformed by the state of mind I am in. It can be chaotic or serene, but always passionate. Different moments, times, and people inspire me. Love and beauty inspire me. Perhaps hate and despair as well.
What would you do with $25,000?I would put a down payment on some land in Southern Thailand. I have been trying to live somewhere where air pollution is less and I can breath freely. I had heart surgery 3 years ago and don't want to breath polluted air anymore, bad for the valves. I have lived my whole life without owning any land or property. I'm older now and would like to grow some fruit and vegetables, relax, paint, write, play guitar, think. Ive lived in cities all of my life and would love to enjoy some nature.
