I am a creator, this world needs beautiful content and art to distract us from the terrors of the world and shed light on these dark times.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Currently mix-media fusing digital with traditional elements. Including but not limited to acrylics, pastels, color pencils, textiles. Honestly what ever I can get my hands on, to bring shapes and textures to life.
Where do you find inspiration?Day to day interactions with the world, the people I meet, the random encounters. Classics like Tolkien, Philip K. Dick, Hunter S Thompson even Jim Henson all make up the spiraling disaster of beauty that is perpetually dripping from the end of a paint brush. I enjoy the occult and all oddities of the super natural. Raised catholic, always pulling inspiration from the dichotomy of good and evil. And most of all MUSIC, it is not good nor evil. It is nothing yet can fill you ten time any meal.
What would you do with $25,000?I would pay for the rest of art school. What remains, if any, I would like to finish my schooling by completing my masters of fine art with a focus on concept design/illustration. I would really like to finish in Los Angeles school for the arts. This would hopefully put me into the right circles to push my career forward. Humbled just to be considered, This opportunity would really give me the tools to better career but open doors to future opportunities.
