I live for the flow of liquid. Painting surfing, dreaming. The weave of consciousness pulling shapes and shadows out of color and line.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I make paintings and video
Where do you find inspiration?Water is a recurring theme for me — it’s always shifting, flowing, and changing states. I’m interested in that flux, in what’s up and what’s down, how boundaries blur. There’s an element of sensuality and eroticism in my work, but not in an obvious way. It’s more about the visceral, embodied feel of texture, energy, and connection. I’m fascinated by Nietzsche’s concept of eternal return — that energy and events repeat endlessly. In a way, each painting is both an ending and a beginning
What would you do with $25,000?If I had $25,000, I’d buy time—real, protected time—and build a body of paintings that move at the same pace as my thinking.
