I love art that makes me smile and think! I love painting with acrylics (& glitter when necessary) to create art that inspires a sense of wonder. I love creating art that encourages contemplation of something beyond the physical and the nature of our reality - art that aggravates the viewers' curiosity enough to inspire internal questions about what their looking at, what it represents, and whether something beyond normal human perception might be existing alongside and interacting with us all.
Where do you find inspiration?My inspiration and motivation stems from my sense of universal or cosmic energy and interconnectedness. Through my art, I aim to evoke a sense of consciousness expansion, connection and introspection. My goal is to encourage contemplation of profound questions and to provide a mental environment where viewers can spend time in an imaginary world or structure I've created with their own reflections. I seek to create a place for thoughts - where one might lose, and then find, themselves.
What would you do with $25,000?I would like to buy a used, high-top cargo van to travel to art fairs with my artist booth equipment and supplies. I would also buy some art supplies and would likely have some left over, which I would deposit and save as long as possible to enjoy the sense of security it provides.
