I paint Pop Art portraiture of musical artists from the 70s 80s 90s and 2000’s I love to paint on canvas with acrylic paints. I create portraits of musical artists in the most vibrant of colors all while capturing their likeness but how I see them and in my own style. I free hand sketch the artist and then paint them.

I find my inspiration from the music I listened to through my teens and adulthood. I paint the artists that shaped my life and gave me an eclectic variety of all different styles of music to listen to while growing up in London, UK. I paint to show the true essence of the artist. I also want my audience to be able to take a trip down memory lane to remember the time and place where music felt good and to see a one of one painting of their favorite artist of that era/genre.

Expand my art collection and have an exhibition at a gallery where art and music enthusiasts get to have an all immersive nostalgic experience. The music of all era's being played on turntables, while the art displayed on the walls are 'one of one' paintings I created. The event would be memorable and pay true homage to Musical Icons from different eras and genres. I want to give the gallery audience a chance to own a painting of what was once just a poster on their bedroom wall.
