My art revolves a lot around death and dark themes. I want to make the scary not so scary. Add more whimsy and curiosity to the world
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I like making playful art, storytelling through illustration with semi dark twists. Love including lines as texture and my favorite elements: skulls and marigolds. I don’t have a specific medium I use, usually the idea itself dictates what medium is needed.
Where do you find inspiration?I love the creative mind and seeing art in the world. From theatre, music, film, literature, etc. it excites me to see creations. As well as my own background with Day of the Dead and the macabre.
What would you do with $25,000?The money would really help me focus on my art without worrying about daily and medical expenses. Explore and make new unique products and fund future projects.
