I can't choose only one, drawing with pencil to paper is my longest favorite medium. There are so many ways to use and apply pencil by adding fine details or bold shapes. I also love getting dirty and working with clay. Ceramics is a newer love for me and I wish I'd experimented sooner but I am always excited to create something physical with my hands.
Where do you find inspiration?The people around me but also the world I've used as an escape in hard times. My world is dark, treacherous, and terrifying. But my world is also beautiful, magical, and transformative. The endless possibilities of life and nature is what inspired me to constantly imaging the "what if..." of my art.
What would you do with $25,000?I would set up my first ever personal studio. I have never had my own designated space to do any and all art. I would finally have a wheel and kiln for ceramics, I'd have an area just for drawing new ideas, and give myself a space to truly spend my wings and create like never before.
