I love to create to help calm the intensity of my thoughts and feelings. Also to spread a bit of color in a world that desperately needs it.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Every type. From sculpting to painting to resin work and up cycling clothes. I make jewelry and self care items. I make lingerie. I’d say the best outlet for me is having a brand new, very giant canvas and acrylic paint and spray paint cans in every color of the rainbow, especially fluorescent/UV reactive!!
Where do you find inspiration? From life and all the challenges, joys and sorrows I experience. Parenting a child on the spectrum and being neurodivergent myself, art really helps us to better understand and express so many things; ourselves, each other, our feelings and the world.
What would you do with $25,000?I would take my kid on an amazing vacation, restock on all my art supplies and supplies to build canvases (giant ones) … of course pay bills and adulting/life type of stuff, and use some to get a couple more Trinket Trading boxes going in my area. It’s a small joy, but the world needs all it can get lately to combat all the ugly in the world. Saving the world with your smile, one Trinket at a time.
