Art has been what runs through my veins since I was capable of cognitive thought. I’ve always been inspired to create and share creativity!
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I like to draw and paint! I am pursuing a career in tattooing, so most of my art is primarily inspired by the styles I hope to master once apprenticed.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration from the people I love. I design art that aligns with their general style and attitude. I also take inspiration from many tattoo artists, such as Tim Beck (a family friend), Oliver Peck, and others. I watched a tattoo show called Ink Master growing up, and knew pretty early on that’s what I wanted to do with my life: help others carry their story on their personal canvas.
What would you do with $25,000?Idealistically, I would put it towards tattoo equipment and the traveling parlor I’ve always dreamed of opening. Realistically, as an eighteen year old graduating, I would use it to take care of me and my family during the transitional period we are in right now as I move out and everyone adjusts. But either way, it would make a huge impact in my life and set me far along my journey as an artist!
