I love to be able to make the intangible, tangible. Giving creatures from my imagination life is an amazing part of the creative process.

My favorite type of art to create are beautiful sculpted creatures with a hint of darkness to them, heavily inspired by nature.
Where do you find inspiration? My main source of inspiration is nature and my home country Japan. To be immersed in nature and seeing certain environments and unique shapes spark my imagination and I start to create a creature in my mind that can live there, or how I can incorporate that shape into my sculptures. My culture will also heavily influence the type of creature or monster that could exist within a certain myth or lore.
What would you do with $25,000?The $25,000 would give me financial stability to fully focus my time and effort into my creations, mainly my massive stop motion film project that requires tons of time and funding.
