I create ceramic sculptures of creatures found in myths and legend who have interesting ties to human culture. I also create pottery fired in alternative firing methods that produce unique and one of a kind finishes.
Where do you find inspiration?I find sculptural inspiration from interactions with others and analyzing my own inner thoughts. For pottery, I am more at play with the material and am always tryna ng to find a new way to create one of a kind vessels
What would you do with $25,000?I would build myself a studio space that would allow me to continue to chase my passion without needing to worry about the logistics of creation. As of now, I have only the most minimal of space and equipment. That type of funds would give me the freedom to create and experiment freely.
