I paint rocks for various fundraisers, but mainly for dog rescues or music related. I paint people's beloved rescue pups.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
I love glass blowing art, but my particular area that I love to create are painted rocks.
Where do you find inspiration?I go out on the beaches and collect rocks of various shapes and sizes. I let the rocks speak to me as to what I will create with them. I love to paint the nature around me on the coast. I paint for dog rescues to raise much needed funds. Sometimes I get an opportunity to paint live at dog rescue event. I have also painted rocks for memorials at sea, and for school music fundraisers.
What would you do with $25,000?Well, with some of it, I would buy supplies to keep painting for fundraisers, and build up my home studio space, but I would definitely reinvest a chunk into my favourite dog rescues to help medically needy bulldogs. I've also entertained the idea of teaching rock painting to others.
