Art is how I transform inner visions and emotions into something real people can see and feel.

I’m drawn to sculptural and handcrafted art, especially wood carving. I enjoy transforming raw materials into pieces that carry emotion, texture, and story.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the ocean, the shoreline, and the mountains—places where raw nature speaks without words. The rhythm of the waves, the endless horizon, and the silent strength of the mountains create a space where I can disconnect from noise and reconnect with something deeper. In those moments, inspiration doesn’t feel like an idea—it feels like a force. I carry that energy into my work, transforming it into texture, form, and emotion.
What would you do with $25,000?With $25,000, I would invest in building a small but powerful creative studio. I’d purchase professional carving tools, materials, and equipment to elevate my work. I would also create a series of original pieces that reflect my artistic identity and story, and document the process to share with a wider audience. Part of the funding would go toward exhibiting my work locally in California and building an online presence, so I can grow sustainably as an artist and connect with a global community.
