Receive Text UpdatesLately I create trippy photos and lyric videos organically with hands in real life. Love the process of setting up shots and lighting for animations, coming up with new ways of “telling” the story using existing letters & creating my own worlds. In this process I seek to tell a story with different backgrounds for each element to tell a part of a story. In short favorite type of art to create is trippy art that makes people think a bit.
Where do you find inspiration?Presently I work as a CNC machinist at a machine shop and I find everyday inspiration from people I work with. Daily inspiration also comes from things that I see on the walks and runs with my dog, clouds, trees, and wildlife. Every morning I wake up and think how the world is full of wonder so I get out there and try to seek it out IRL. Writer Jack Kerouac (hiked to the fire lookout place on Desolation Peak WA,) music inspiration lately it’s Fleas jazzy album “Honora” on repeat.
What would you do with $25,000?Would definitely get some Kodak 16mm film stock for my 16mm ARRI SR2 Camera and shoot a low budget movie. Been writing short movie scripts since forever. Another format would be a 16mm documentary since I know some very interesting people that could use an artistic documentary made about them. Many options of investing the 25k most definitely it would all go towards art and art supplies, film processing fees and digitizing the footage.
