Because it lets you turn feeling into form, making the invisible visible, and finding yourself in what you create.
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
Mucky Kucka mixed media—layered pen and ink over watercolor and texture. It’s raw, psychedelic, and expressive, where chaos meets control. I often build pieces in collaboration with my son, blending our styles into something alive, intuitive, and full of movement.
Where do you find inspiration? In music, nature, and the energy of everyday life—street corners, silence, and everything in between. I’m especially inspired by creating with my son, where spontaneity and perspective shift the work into something unexpected. I’m drawn to contrast, emotion, and the unseen patterns beneath it all.
What would you do with $25,000?I’d invest it into growing Mucky Kucka—better materials, larger-scale work, and a mobile setup to create and sell art on the road. I’d continue building collaborative pieces with my son, document the journey, and expand it into a sustainable creative business rooted in connection and real-world experience.
