I would always stay with my Portraits and figurative paintings. Painting subjects (people) with melanin and different cultural backgrounds gives me a sense of joy and peace one things come into play and execution.
Where do you find inspiration?The people, the energy, their stories that resonate with mine. The truth of life moves me beyond words, where I’m inspired to live through each moment within each piece I’ve produced.
What would you do with $25,000?With the $25k, this would allow me to reinvest into creating bigger projects that have been tucked into my sketchbook. As well, rent out a studio space big enough to produce the works I’ve been wanting to do for years.
