What is your favorite type of art to create?

I've always enjoyed doing ceramic art. I started by creating ceramic masks after a Xavier University workshop with Mapo Kinnord, and the creativity flourished from that. I currently use ceramics to make 3D ceramic paintings.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration through everyday emotions as well as spiritual concepts, and I find a way to combine and express them in a beautiful way. Sometimes, something I want to create just shows up in my head, and I do a small sketch then jump right into my painting or ceramic.

What would you do with $25,000?

I would find housing first things first, go to college to study art/business, and then I'd start working on obtaining my LLC. I want to eventually have my own studio where I'd get to teach art to anyone interested in creating to provide strong footing and a safe space in the industry for upcoming artists.
