I love how color together vibrates and lines vary sensuously and darks and lights demand my attention. I love surprising myself with paint.

Realism; water lilies and the pond being my focus for several years. I like a closeup view. Abstracting the forms sometimes to add complexity.
Where do you find inspiration?Nature mostly. Sunlight on water, breaking into dark and light shapes in the shadows, wavering with the wind or from a fish rising to the surface. The curve of a water lily, seeing through to the bottom of the pond, rocks and limbs shadowing the water. Depth and reflections: layers of images.
What would you do with $25,000?I'd remodel the house so I have an art studio at home. I know it would cost more than 25,000, but I could get a good start with that sum. Working at home would be great.
