What is your favorite type of art to create?

Specifically, I enjoy painting, drawing and working with clay. Digital art did not speak to me like I thought it would. I enjoy working with my hands, getting messy and letting my work flow freely. I enjoy portrait work, and animals. Pointillism as tedious as it is, is my favorite to create. Working with clay has brought me a calm that I didn’t know existed within me.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration from other artists, visiting museums and getting inches away from the art, seeing every detail and brushstroke, helping me to understand the process and fine tune work done to create gorgeous masterpieces. I enjoy seeing other artists online, seeing their creative process, and the work they create.

What would you do with $25,000?

With $25,000 I would pay off my student loans that I gained taking art classes. I would also use that money to kickstart my life and move to a place that I feel at home, a place that can spark my creativity and support my artistic career. I hope to travel and learn from other artists, and explore places that inspire me and my work.
