I like happy art, but you would most definitely see the notes of melancholy in my art. Usually, it's a window or a glimpse into a certain era in the life of an artist.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in so many things. Usually it is people who surround me, places that I visited. Sometimes, it's even certain smells - a certain perfume that I like, for example. Music and film have a big impact on my life as well.
What would you do with $25,000?I would travel. I would have a collaborative pop-up and invite various artists for it, so it would not just be my art. I would have that exhibit lasting for about a month and throw a party ;-)
