What is your favorite type of art to create?

While I have a deep background in photography, my current creative focus is centered on surreal sketches using graphite and stippling to merge organic anatomy with industrial mechanics. Though my earlier work focused on different archetypes, my contemporary pieces explore the fusion of organic biology and machine to study structure and symmetry.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find my best ideas in the stillness of the early morning. My inspiration comes from a love of texture and the way nature produces perfect imperfection. I enjoy exploring the intersection of biological efficiency and mechanical design—looking at how joints, pistons, and skeletal structures can work together as a single entity. I’m driven by the challenge of making the "impossible" look structurally functional on paper, using industrial aesthetics to push the boundaries of my style.

What would you do with $25,000?

I’d start by clearing out medical expenses to get that weight off my shoulders. After that, I’d invest in a mutual musical venture with my husband to get our next project out. Any remaining funds would be used for better quality photography gear and art supplies for myself.
