Portraits are my favorite but I love painting murals too. Digital art using procreate has been my favorite medium the past few years, but I’m still a sucker for acrylic paint & a good brush.
Where do you find inspiration?I find inspiration in the unique & diverse beauty in the human face & body, I’ve always loved interesting perspectives in the human form. Our earth offers the brilliant colors of nature & the repeated patterns in leaves, trees, flowers, blades of grass. Those combined with human nature is my inspiration.
What would you do with $25,000?If I win, I’d pay off bills first and foremost and buy some items for my classroom. My students inspire my daily, to think outside the box, & to keep trying even when things are hard! I would travel, take my children to see new places, museums, natural wonders & diverse cultures. To see art, nature and the beautiful humans of the world would inspire and uplift my children and I. It’s been a tough few years, we need some beauty in our lives!
