I’ve had a stutter my whole life, art allows me to express my self in a way words can’t, I can freely communicate my feelings and interests
You decide who will appear in Artforum Magazine, take home $25,000, and display their work at The Art of Elysium's Salon!
My favorite type of art to make is very romanticized and fantastical, my art reflects the media I consume. I take media I’ve resonated with my whole life and recreate it in my own style whether it be original character design or fan art. My art conveys the energy of the subject and the essence of my style as a fantasy lover.
Where do you find inspiration?Inspiration comes from many places, I find it in my self and my own emotions and thoughts, feelings that are hard for me to put into words I put into my art. Inspiration also comes from media I watch and the characters I find the most intriguing. I find inspiration also comes from other amazing artists whose style I try to learn from and add techniques into my own style. I also find many references on apps like TikTok and Pinterest that help me to formulate what my next piece would look like.
What would you do with $25,000?25,000 would be life changing money for me. I would first put half into savings and pay off some of my student loans, the rest will be going back into my artwork. I would use it to buy new equipment and applications that will help me elevate my art and learn new mediums such as animation and 3d modeling for example. Art means so much to me that even if I have to relocate to continue pursuing it then the money would also help with that.
